"The photo session itself was fine…"
The photo session itself was fine, but the gallery on Shoott did not meet the standard I’d expect for picking and buying photos. It loaded slowly, the buttons weren’t very clear, and I kept having to click around just to compare pictures. Choosing favorites also felt clunky, like I couldn’t fully trust that anything was saved unless I checked it twice. It was even more frustrating on my phone. For a service that’s all about choosing the best shots, the gallery really needs to be smoother and easier to use

"Slow replies from customer service"
I reached out to Shoott support with a question, it took longer than I expected to hear back. I get that teams get busy, but when you’re waiting on an answer, it starts to feel annoying.
When they did finally respond, it didn’t really clear things up for me, so I had to send another message. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, it was frustrating and could’ve been handled better

The whole experience was disappointing. The photographer showed up late, seemed rushed the entire time, and barely gave any direction, which made the shoot feel awkward. I was expecting someone more professional, but instead it felt like I got the “Bare Minimum Boss.” Definitely not worth it for me

"Nice photos, but hard to justify the cost"
The shoot itself was actually good and the photographer was nice, so I don’t want to say it was a bad experience. But at the same time, the photo prices afterward felt way too high for what you get. I expected it to be a bit more affordable, and then suddenly everything started adding up. The pictures were nice, but not nice enough for me to feel like it was worth the final cost. I’m glad I tried it, but I probably wouldn’t book again.

"Felt a little rushed"
I was expecting a bit more help with posing, but the session felt kind of rushed and awkward lol. I kept asking what I should do, and the direction I got was basic, so the photos ended up looking a little stiff. Overall, it just didn’t really feel worth it for me.

"Easy enough process, but the photos didn’t really work for me"
I tried shoott.com because I needed some updated brand photos and a few headshots, and I liked that the booking process seemed simple. The photographer was nice and the shoot itself moved along fine, so at first I thought it might be a good option. But when I got the photos back, they just didn’t feel as polished as I was hoping. The lighting looked a little off in several shots, and overall the images felt kind of flat. I ended up not really being able to use them for my profile, which was disappointing since that was the main reason I booked it.

"Felt Like My Time Didn’t Matter"
The photographer showed up late to my shoot, and I didn’t get much in the way of clear updates while I was waiting. I had planned my whole day around this, so it was really frustrating just sitting around feeling like I was the one being inconvenienced. By the time things finally got started, the whole shoot felt rushed, which was disappointing because I had tried to do my part and be prepared

"Previews Were Too Small to Decide"
I had a hard time choosing because the previews were just too small to really see what I was getting. It made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be, and I feel like there should be some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

"Only use if everything lines up"
The photographer seemed a bit rushed the whole time, and some really simple shots were missed. A lot of the photos came back blurry too, even the ones that should’ve been easy to capture. For what I paid, I was expecting better, especially with little moments I thought would be covered

"I’ve stuck with this brand for a while..."
I’ve stuck with this brand for a while, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this experience felt unreliable. Plans kept changing, nothing seemed settled, and I ended up more irritated than I expected. Kind of disappointing when it’s a company I’ve usually trusted.

"The editing wasn’t really my style"
I was a little disappointed with how the photos turned out. They felt overedited, and the colors looked off to me. Maybe I’m picky because my sister does photography too, but I’m used to a more natural look, and these just didn’t quite feel right.

I thought booking would be simple, but they made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies were slow, the fees were confusing, and in the end the photos just weren’t worth the money. I feel like this was on them for not being clearer or more organized from the start.

"Free shoot sounded nice, but it felt pushy"
I liked the idea of a free shoot, but the experience afterward didn’t feel as relaxed or “no obligation” as I expected. The photos were fine, but the prices seemed really high, and I felt a bit pressured to buy more than I planned. It left me disappointed, and I do think some kind of compensation would be fair considering how uncomfortable the whole process felt.

"Not the best experience with kids"
I booked Shoott for family photos and didn’t feel like it was very kid-friendly. The photographer seemed rushed and a little annoyed when my child needed a minute, which made the whole thing feel stressful instead of fun. I also expected a faster response when trying to sort things out afterward. It might be fine for adults, but for young kids, I probably wouldn’t book again

"Not a Great First Impression"

"Booking Was a Hassle"
I just wanted to book a quick photo session, but their whole booking setup turned into this annoying little scheduling circus. The times were confusing, a few steps weren’t clear, and at first I couldn’t even tell if my booking had actually gone through. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me, that booking mess was more trouble than it needed to be.

"Kind of confusing communication"
The communication was unclear, at least from my side. I kept getting different details and had to ask more than once to make sure I understood everything. Maybe I was overthinking it, but it made the whole booking process feel more frustrating than it needed to be
